This is a small, hands-on team by design. You’ll deal with the same person from your first enquiry to your final airport transfer – not a call centre, not a rotating queue. Most safari enquiries touch more than one department – the person who designs your itinerary should understand not just the Serengeti’s calendar but Bwindi’s permit system, the Mara’s conservancy fees, and Rwanda’s gorilla trekking regulations too. Rather than splitting guests across country “specialists” who hand off between each other, our consultants are trained across the full region so your single-country safari or four-country expedition is planned by one continuous point of contact.
