Do I need to pay anything to enquire?

No — submitting a booking enquiry is free and carries no obligation. You'll receive a tailored itinerary and quote first.

What deposit is required to confirm a trip?

Deposits depend on the type of safari: 10% for camping safaris, 25% for camping safaris with domestic flights, 25% for lodge safaris, 50% for lodge safaris with domestic flights, and 40% or more for luxury/tailor-made trips. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before departure (in full at time of booking if booking within 30 days of departure). Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds are calculated from the date we receive written notice: more than 60 days before departure, 70% refunded; 59–45 days, 40% refunded; 44–30 days, 15% refunded; less than 30 days, no refund. Deposits, issued flight tickets and park permits are non-refundable in all cases. See our full Terms & Conditions for peak-season exceptions.

Can I make changes after booking?

Yes, where lodge and flight availability allows. Changes are subject to a USD 50 administrative fee plus any cost difference from suppliers, airlines or parks.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer, card payment (a processing surcharge of up to 3.5% may apply), or cash in clean, undamaged USD notes ($50/$100 bills issued 2013 or later). Payment details are included with your formal invoice.
